Membership for the Black, Caspian Seas and Central Asia Silk Association (BACSA) is open to all individuals/institutes/countries which are willing to share common goals in industrial and economic growth through sericultural activities. The expected members are from the region countries, from other countries, who are possibly interested in making technical cooperation or business with the Black, Caspian seas and Central Asia region as well as some countries, who may be possible donors for sericulture revival projects.
